A review on the clinical efficacy of sildenafil (Viagra) for erectile dysfunction treatment was published inPharmacogeneticsin 2019. Our study was conducted at the level of medical school and community clinics of the district of Daran in Bangladesh. We evaluated the clinical efficacy of sildenafil (Viagra) in patients with erectile dysfunction. The efficacy of sildenafil for erectile dysfunction was evaluated in terms of the adverse events and quality of life. We found that sildenafil was efficacious in patients with erectile dysfunction and that it was better than other PDE5 inhibitors. We found that sildenafil is better than PDE5 inhibitors. We also evaluated the patient's self-efficacy for sexual activity.
